“Booked for 1 night stay whilst in Chester, check in was smooth and very friendly staff on reception. We requested a late check out of 1pm and this was accommodated without any issues. We were escorted to the room which was an Executive room but it was extremely dated and curtains needed to be fixed (which we did ourselves). “Unfortunately this hotel is looking very tired. The rooms are shabby and dusty. Stains on the walls and on the ceiling of the bathroom. But, the staff were very friendly and the location is great. ”

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner!
