"First, the pics I saw when booking, as well as when I did self check in was completely different from the room I ended up in. Which was explained as that’s the 1 bdrm king suite. And the room we rcvd was big, but really needed an update badly. We moved once, due to a leak in bathroom. Moved AGAIN, due to bathroom was half the size n vanity a quarter of the size from first room, and on top of that, NO HOT WATER!! Was informed it would come back in 10 min, but it did not. So they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. But I was soooo over it by then. I asked about a room upgrade, and ended up moving again to their one bdrm king suite. Room was again, huge, and no issues. No leaks, plenty hot water. Again, needed an upgrade, badly, and again not what pictures or their staff said it would be. Decor did not match at all. But overall, in the end, it was an ok stay. But they do need to put a coffee maker and a microwave in their rooms. Just sayin!!"

"Reservation was for 4 people; there were only 2 bath towels in the room. It took 3 requests to get 2 more towels. Ran out of the one roll of toilet paper and had to request more. Our room was never cleaned during our 6 night stay, had to set trash outside the room because the cans were over flowing."

"When I get there, the host attendant was so rude. And then, when I got into my room, it was like they gave me the room, they were still working on like one of the lamps was missing. The shower need to be fixed the sink drain did not work in the room. It was so much stuff."
