"Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Hidden charges and fees for things you don’t even have access to like a pool that wasn’t open the entire time we were here. Several bars but were never open. Had issues with our room as well as far as being dirty, outdated and with only 2 working lamps. Customer service doesn’t exist because we couldn’t hardly find any employees? I guess they don’t have the funds to pay employees? There were hardly any other guests during our stay-which explains the lack of staff as well as their reputation in Vegas. I failed in not looking at reviews before we booked, where you will read all of the exact same things I’m putting now. "

"Pool was not open. Resort fee still applied. Lots of cigarette smoke. Rooms outdated and smell like 80s. Free parking was the best part."

"Everything was clean, staff were very friendly & patient. Lindo Michoacan has delicious Mexican food. The Brass Fork restaurant has a delicious French Dip. Parking is convenient to the casino. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The pools were closed down for maintenance, and it was over 100 outside. We really wanted to swim. We were very dissatisfied that the Hotel didn't say anything about the pools being closed on their website and the lady at the front desk didn't say anything about it. We found out when we went to the pools and they were locked with a sign saying it is closed. I went back to the front desk and asked her when they would be open and she just said I don't know. I then saw a sign on the counter about them. She really could have cared less about us as their customers. Looks like they have been closed for a while. The guy that came to fix our smoke alarm was very nice and he said he thinks that they may be open in a week or 2. I feel like we need to be reimbursed for some of our stay of 2 nights. This is what we were looking forward to was swimming and getting some sun."
