โWe were very comfortable in our room both times we stayed here for our trip to VA. I loved the easy access to pet relief areas. Unfortunately people left so many cigarette butts all around the grassy area for pets (it was obvious it was meant for pets, there were pet waste bags provided by the hotel in this area) and there was an ash tray right close by which made it all the more frustrating. This isnโt the hotelโs fault! Just wish people were more respectful of the limited areas our pets have...
โI confess I was worried about the location, but it was easier than I expected. It's close to the metro station, which made things easier. We loved the service, the hospitality, and especially the cleanliness and condition of the towels, which were changed daily. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't extend our check-out by an hour; we arrived five hours late. Our flight didn't land on time due to a storm caused by the earthquake in Russia. โLocated in lower Manhattan, this hotel gives you more value than you bargain for. While cost almost half than other hotels in center area, it's location near metro stations and bus stops give you great access to any places in Manhattan. 24h Deli is nearby, Essex market is around 15 min. of walking distance. Room was not big, but cozy, and clean. Will use this hotel next time. If small fridge was there, it would have been perfect. โ
โTerrible stay as I left my windbreaker in the closet there but when call if they have it, they said no. I am very sure one of the cleaning ladies took it. It is not a fancy one but the fact that one would still take stuff from the customer is unacceptable. I will never stay there again! โ
"This place was really nice because of the service. The train is close to this place. The staff were also very friendly. The room was great for staying alone, but the space felt a bit distorted, which was a bit uncomfortable. It was also disappointing that there was no refrigerator."
