Lovely hotel, it can be noisy at times due to room facing towards the road. Would recommend to stay. Lovely staff, good service overall and easy access to the station.

Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

Great place for business travel. Step off of train right to your comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast and great room service. Always has been a “10” in my 20 years of traveling to Kobe…

Staff was amazing. Helped us get reservations for dinner at a great izakaya down the street. Nice amenities in the room - water, tea, coffee, toiletries, robes. Helpful staff made suggestions for public transport routes when sight seeing.

They went above and beyond for our 8-year-old son, creating moments of joy, learning, and connection that he will never forget. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Six Senses Kyoto is a sanctuary of beauty and calm, but it’s the people who made it truly exceptional. We are grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.
