“Stephanie was amazing at the front desk, dealing with a disgruntled customer while also quickly checking in a long line of tired guests. I hate waiting in line, but she kept things moving all on her own. As for the hotel; you can't beat the proce and I'm nostalgic for the old converted Howard Johnsons. I'll be back for sure.”

“Everyone was great! Jasmine and her staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Since my husband and I both have mobility issues, a recliner would have been Great, but I have to give the staff 5 stars in their attempt to accommodate us and make us as comfortable as possible. The shuttle was an unexpected life saver, especially at 4:30 am!”

On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel."
