“Staff were all super friendly, Breakfast was amazing, Daniel our server went above and beyond. We also got upgraded rooms no extra charge. These rooms are so quaint and peaceful, Loved the fire place. Only thing is water pressure is very low and the bathroom water pipes in the shower screeched the whole time but other than that was a great stay! Can’t wait to go back! ”

“Stayed 2 nights and there was severe construction noise across the street starting at 7am, second day was quiet. Shower needs another glass panel in back to keep water off the floor, and the kitchen seating is too tall for comfort at the counter. Front window is great for light, but needs a privacy curtain that allows light to transmit. Aside from these annoyances, the rest of the experience was very good. "We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel."
