When greeted at check in a bit more explanation of payment completion in its entirety would have been appreciated, or an email or print out. None of which were offered…However, every other encounter with staff, food , grounds and the hotel in general was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying at all the locations ❤️ ”

“This was very comfortable sleeping and easy access to RT385 as well as surrounding restaurants and downtown Santa Fe(driving distance short). I would have liked to have been able to experience their restaurant, pool, and hot tub, but these amenities were not available.”

“Staff was very friendly and courteous... Room was great, clean and very comfortable.. the balcony was a great plus, my wife and I were able to enjoy a wonderful evening... I recommend it for any couple who just want enjoy an amazing evening together...”

“I don’t remember booking an accessible room, but I wished the sink had been in the same room as the toilet and bathtub. There was still plenty of room for a wheelchair even if the sink had been in the same room. I hope next time I will make sure it is a regular room so everything will be where it should be. The breakfast and staff were amazing so I should have given a 5 star, but the room was awkward.”
