“The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...

“Great hotel, lovely staff, incredible pool and beach. Lovely restaurants, huge room but a little dated. Air con needs to be much colder but we coped. Very child friendly. Lovely kids club, great evening entertainment. Would come back!”

“Property is dated but clean. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well but only in the room. You had to keep the fan on high to keep up with the lack of a/c in the bathroom and the louvered windows. The windows also allowed for sound to easily travel in and out. Shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk (one significant hill). Taxi service was easy to get.”
