“Best all inclusive I have been too. Upgraded to platinum, that is the way to go. VIP service. Food was excellent in most of the restaurants. Pools were never crowded, always plenty of chairs. I will definitely be coming back. There is no reason to go anywhere else ”

“The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...

“We had a wonderful time at Azul. The family sized room was perfect for our girls trip. Most of the staff were fantastic. The food was decent and the resort is large so lots of space. The Spa was exceptional and the beach breathtaking . The resort does need some updates for sure. The boardwalks are starting to have old sagging wood. And none of the pools had shade or loungers for folks. The day bed cushions are worn out. However we had a fabulous time. We loved the foam party and the daily...

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“Property is dated but clean. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well but only in the room. You had to keep the fan on high to keep up with the lack of a/c in the bathroom and the louvered windows. The windows also allowed for sound to easily travel in and out. Shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk (one significant hill). Taxi service was easy to get.”

“Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
