โIt was wonderful from the moment I arrived and the friendly valets helped me until the moment I left. The room was clean and welcoming. The view was phenomenal. The staff all were impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.โ
โSo much to do youโd never have to leave! Awesome indoor and outdoor water park to keep kids entertained for hours! Tons of other activities for kids and a pool party in the afternoons with music, beach balls and free snow cones! 100% recommend! Only thing I would change would be warmer water in indoor pool. โ
โWe have two adult children and one minor. This was a last minute stay. The family suite was perfect for us. We were able to sit and eat dinner together, two bathrooms was nice for a quicker getting ready for the day, plenty of bed so our kids could have their own beds. The pool was warm and enjoyable. The big kids loved the slide. โ
โIt was close to everything. You could park and walk to where you. Resend to go. Plenty of food options around. The faculty was clean , the decorations were cute giving island vibes in the mountains ! The staff was nice and friendly โ
โThe breakfast is always delicious and they keep things stocked. Pools clean and always friendly people on staff. I specifically went out of my way to stay again on my way home!โ
โI stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.โ

โข Affordable but does NOT feel 'cheap.' (3 adults, two Queen beds were $140.00 total in the middle...

โGreat stay we came from a much larger resort but this place is great for kids loved how late the indoor pools and outdoor pools were open beautiful Mountain Viewโs lots of kid activities older property building wise the floor was uneven in the hallway. But wasnโt an issue we loved having a kitchen and full size fridge and a washer and dryer as well. The staff was amazing the morning after our first night the housekeeper came in and took our trash out a new bag in and brought us fresh towels...
