โWe have stayed at this property several times before and we are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
The only suggestion is to have a pillow menu as the pillows were too hard and too high. โ
โGOOD: the main pool for kids and family, restaurant & bar were all good. Room was clean and well-managed. Staffs were all friendly.
BAD: Free wifi was only activated in the lobby (reception area), and was not available in my room. An insect came in my room via the bottom of the door.โ

Sadly it was booked for the next 2 nights so we luckily got an apartment on the same property. โClean, comfortable, quite, spacious, well provisioned. Just a short walk across the park to the shops and restaurants. One word of warning, very little is open in town on Tuesday.โ
โCheap quick and the closest to where I was to find somewhere to have a shower and sleep after 24 hours of driving the room was great when I get back up there again I will be making another booking to stay here again โ
"Positive Experience:
This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight.
Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit.
Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. Iโm not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention.
Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive.
In particular, the female staff member at the front desk in the afternoon did not seem very willing to help, which left me slightly disappointed. One of the main reasons I"
