"There are so many reasons why I’d stay here again and again. The daily breakfast buffet is more like an all inconclusive Sunday brunch. It had everything and I mean everything. There is a bar onsite, it’s walking distance to the cable car depot (10 mins), pier 39 (15 mins) and is also along a local bus route. The RIU chain on a whole is amazing. "

"Very clean hotel. The gentleman working the morning bar and evening bar are very nice. One tip, leave milk out for coffee! Ciffe was great but creamer packs are gross! Highly recommend staying here. Walked to everything. Once again, clean!!!"

"Room was fairly spacious and kept clean. I reserved the large suite almost 400sq ft, but due to strange lay out, did not feel stated size. Love the espresso coffee machine in the lobby and also Nespresso machine in the room. Overall was very comfortable stay and excellent/friendly service. "

"Unfortunately, not everyone enjoys their job — or at least doesn’t hate it. We came across a bald man who couldn’t even bring himself to be polite. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent, and the rest of the staff are friendly."
