โThe rooms and hotel itself were really nice. Staff were excellent and very kind to us. They helped us understand the train system and anything else we needed help with. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. Definitely booking here again the next time we go to London.โ
โIt was convinient location near that airport.
At 7 AM, after the breakfast, I was able to take a bus 100m away from the hotel, as a result, I arrived at the airport 7:40 PMโ
โThe rooms are spacious and great for airport stay. We booked three rooms for one night( last-minute) , one was perfect, one had some smell and the last one had a broken AC ( they brought fans which worked out) the beds were comfortable. The lobby is very nice, clean and updated. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but not free, so we took an uber. Will consider staying again. โ
โClose to the airport, however, you have to pay for the shuttle, and it only runs once per hour, which is not fully explained when you inquire and/or book the shuttle. There are also three Radisson properties on the same road: Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Radisson Red (these two are connected, and the shuttles/Bolt/Uber know them as Radisson Red), and then further down the road is Radisson Blu. Make sure you know which property you are going to!โ
"The room was large and the interior was pleasant. It was close to Heathrow Airport. However, the unfortunate thing was that the smell of e-cigarettes didn't go out because of the lack of indoor ventilation, and there was a moth in the room.I'm really flabbergasted. There were three of them"
