“Working 23 night bell boy mot and 24th and 25th hey was best”

“Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. The staff were helpful and very happy to hold our luggage as our flight was later in the day. Everything was...
