“미국 비슷한 호텔대비 괜찮은 아침식사 입니다. 근데 객실문이 너무 꽝꽝 닫혀서 많이 시끄럽습니다.”

“Booked this property four months before arrival on Expedia as "pay at property" for a weeks stay. Was emailed in the morning of check in I needed to update my card information by 7:15 pm. I updated my info by 5pm but when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had been canceled. Was given a dirty room at my original rate for the first night but was forced to rebook the remaining nights at almost double the original rate. “I fully paid in advance for my son to stay in this hotel but they charged him a $20 "convenience" fee. I'm not happy about that. I feel they took advantage of my son.”

“Clean room, nice staff just need to have more towels”

“There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.”

“Really needs a makeover. Everything from furniture to sheets seem old. Coffeemaker and blow dryer did not work. Walls patched and painted over with different color. Would but stay at this hotel again”
