“Had a nice 1 night stay in the Brander Lodge Hotel whilst enjoying the local area. Parts of the hotel could do with some tlc, but the breakfast room, dining room and bar area were lovely and the food was great. We liked the gardens with the river at the bottom. Bedroom clean and comfy. Great hotel for the price. We will go back.”

We had a room with a balcony and the views are out of this world. The boat trip on Ross Ryan’s boat The Sgarbh was incredible. We saw seals and Sea Eagles and sailed around the islands. This hotel is a true Scottish gem!”

“I very much appreciated the personal welcome, not just receiving access codes via a text. Janet, the manager, was very welcoming and exceptionally friendly. The room and the house were clean and had a warm flowery scent. I was lucky to have been given a room with a direct view to the sea. This made it even more pleasurable to sit in the armchair and drink my morning coffee and night drink.
