"My family was delighted with the staff, from the General Manager, Jay, to every single staff member we encountered; they were exceptionally inviting and friendly. Jay prepared an itinerary for us to plan a better day in Banff, and we were just dumbfounded by his kindness. It was like visiting an extended family on our vacation. No joke. This is located right at the heart of the city center and very convenient for shuttle and tour meeting locations as well. My mother also appreciated the caines provided by the hotel for free. If we come back to Banff, we will definitely come back to this hotel. All my family gave two thumbs up!!"
