Check in was little slow,1st lady said room wasn't ready,as sge said didnt realise i wanted sofa bed made up.She said would sort it,then seemed to go off shift.So had coffee and after about 40 minutes later i went back up to see if ready,an young lad said so sorry i didnt realise you had been waiting so previous lady obviously hadnt told him .He was great though got us checked in right away.So think previos lady could've done more to make the other staff aware.Apart from that hotel...
โThe service, food and drink here was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the views just down the road made for an amazing sunset.
I would definitely stay here again.โ
โThe location was excellent. Morpeth is a beautiful town and everything is within easy walking distance of the Premier Lodge. My only criticism is that the Lodge is a red brick building and looks nothing like the photo. Nothing wrong with it though.โ
โGot wot you paid for allstaff were brill apart from 1 miserable not the word not 1 bit of customer skill what so ever sat or sunday nite shift need to be gone โ
โEnjoyed our 2 night stay great breakfast and good location as it was just opposite the park. Shops and restaurants all local. Car Park was a small and under the hotel. โ
โLangley Castle Hotel is set in the most beautiful countryside, surrounded by tall trees and grassy lawns, where peacocks roam.
The staff were lovely. Professional, friendly and highly efficient. Kaycee on Reception, deserves a special mention because she went over and above what he duties are. She really made our stay perfect. โ

The Easter decorations were exquisite and fun, the interior design and decor full of history and class showing itโs heritage in full glory. โWe spent the night here as we had an early flight in the morning. It was great - quiet, very comfortable mattress, just next to the airport and with a pub that serves food then minutes walk up the road.โ
