“Even though the room is on the small side it’s a beautiful place to stay, perfect location and if your lucky parking right outside. Didn’t have food or drink here as we like to try other places. Would stay he again 100% best place we have stayed in Brighton. ”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our balcony room had a lovely view of the marina and we very much liked the ability to side open the patio style floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There is a very wide variety of restaurants within easy walk. The only slight niggle was check-in. There was only one couple in front of us but it still took about fifteen minutes.”

“The hotel was very good very clean and suitably situated for our weekend. Breakfast was excellent! The only bad point was that the swimming pool was closed all weekend and on the hottest weekend of the year and with 2 children it was a major issue! We would’ve stayed at a different hotel with a pool if we knew, the hotel should’ve emailed me before we got there to say but nothing was mentioned until I’d paid for our stay!”

“Nice hotel, a little tired in places but well appointed, great location and lovely building. Arrived to be told the car park was full which wasn’t terribly convenient as had to use the larger public car park which you can drive into right by the hotel car park but the pedestrian exit is 2 streets down so it’s a long walk with your luggage. Reception was great and very helpful and room was good size and well equipped, if perhaps a little tired in decor and would benefit from a quick light touch...

“We paid £136 per night excluding B/Fast & Parking. Check in was quick and we were upgraded to a larger room at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor as requested.(thank you for that) Parking is shockingly expensive in Brighton; the hotel was quoted at £30 per night so we used the adjacent carpark for £25/ night. Also breakfast was quoted at £26 per night so we used the Regency cafe next door where we had breakfast for £15. The room was spactious but decor is tired, the shower tray was split...
