"Great staff, beautiful room with a great view."

"Double room sea view - 5th floor corner. Lovely space and clean room, although windows could do with a good clean both inside and out. I found mattress a bit hard, my partner loved it. Perhaps a mini fridge would be good. Gurgling sounds from toilet - at times - but not serious enough to keep you awake. Great location and view. Handy to amenities. Polite, attentive and excellent customer service - staff were amazing. A dimmer would be good for each beside lamp to make it a brighter for reading. Top floor gets hot during the day - it was mid spring and the temperature was around 15 degrees - I can imagine summertime would be extremely hot. There is no air con, but the hotel has fans. Apart from those insignificant niggles, my stay here was very comfortable. Would recommend"

"Beautiful room with lots of space as was the shower room. Both really clean and tidy. All the usual amenities, tea and coffee facilities. Also tins of water were given to us on arrival.There was a large widescreen tv on the wall. The room was overlooking the seafront and it being a lovely day it was great to stand out on the balcony to watch the world go by."

"Stayed the 1 night had the Sunday Roast which was very good , good portions too except for a baby scoop of Ice Cream with the dessert! . Buffet breakfast was extremely good . Room was big and amazing bathroom ."

"Great choice of breakfast. Buffet style hot breakfast and cold meats cheeses. Good selection with clear labels helpful for people with allergies. Bathroom shower nice and large easy to use shower especially for older people. Staff young and welcoming and helpful nothing too much trouble Enjoyed stay and only 5 mins from Brighton train station"
