“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area isn’t the best and I wasn’t comfortable walking around the area at night, but the accommodation is well presented and comfortable. ”

“Lovely hotel with a restaurant set inside a historic giant glassworks kiln. The staff were helpful and parking was available on site (£18/night). Good location for a weekend event in Bristol”

“Everything was great- really helpful and friendly staff. Environmentally friendly water dispensers on each floor”

“ The room was very comfortable and every staff was very kind. I'd like to visit again.”
