Proptery is very clean I really loved the relaxed vibes .My partner has a gluten dairy allergy every where we ate made sure she was treated really and food was safe. All the resort Iโve stayed at wants you to invest in time share I donโt mind them offering but there all to aggressive which is something they all need to think about le blanc wasnโt to bad but still tried twice while I was there after I said no the first day .Dress code make sure you pack pants couple restraunts require they didnโt enforce long sleeves

Was very disappointed by this resort. After spending significantly more to come after the promising reviews. Itโs a 5 star resort to people who donโt know better. I constantly received poor service at restaurants. Sent lots of dishes back. The bed was uncomfortable and sheets not quality. There is just little touches and feels when at a 5 star resort that this place lacks. The rooms and pools are just okay. I would suggest Garza Blanca as another optional. I canโt wait to go back there. A true 5 star experience. They also try and sell you stuff too much at Le Blanc. Save your money and go elsewhere
The property is beautiful and the staff is VERY attentive- almost too attentive. Theyโre programmed to say โitโs a pleasureโ every time they answer anything.
The one big complaint is that the spa is WAY overpriced! $400usd for a facial is ridiculous. They encourage you to use the resort credit given to pay for services but the aestheticians are not trained at all and the service is basic at best. The massage wasnโt much better. Itโs not the employeesโ fault- the spa management needs to step up and train them- the prices are crazy expensive for what is done. Overall the property is great- the restaurants are all very good with a lot of options.

Great resort, staff is excellent . Restaurants are all 5 stars . Only negative is that they cancelled our excursion and did not notified us .

Nice property but it's a shame they try to upsell you. Throughout the trip they tried to offer us additional bonus experiences if we paid a little more for it or if we listed to their hotel group presentation. It was like a timeshare experience. They are VERY pushy. After we declined, they kept asking why and kept pushing. Very bad taste in the mouth. Last day, we requested bellman to pick up our bags, they never came. They offered to-go lunch boxes for our flight but we never received them. They refused to honor the VIP expedia benefits. Cheap place for such a high rate. They would argue and push instead of just keeping the customer happy. Again, we paid 1300$ a night. That's not a small amount.
