“I stayed 4 nights in this hotel executive 3 bed room. This hotel is generally well maintained and the restaurant and my room was always clean and tidy. The river view outside the window was especially good. However, as it is a five-star hotel, improvement is needed. First, the photos of hotel.com are very different from the actual my room, so I contacted the front desk and changed the room the next day. However, the pictures on Hotel.com are mix of good pictures out of several rooms, which is...

“Property was very nice. Had a problem with the plumbing in our room. We let the property know about this. I am new to all these properties with no staff and everything done online. One big problem we had that when we checked out, we left our bags to get later, which they have a nice locker area for this. When we came back to get our bags, I couldn’t access our code to get back in the building to get our bags. When we checked out on the app, all that info went away. My bad I guess for not saving...

“Hotel incrível. Muito elegante e confortável. Café da manhã delicioso. Amei, pretendo voltar outras vezes! Traduz todo o conceito de hotel boutique.”

“clean room, nice complementary breakfast”

“Staff very helpfull”

“A hospitalidade ótima, localização boa e próximo de trem e ônibus. Restaurantes e supermercados próximos. Destaque para espaço do quarto.”

“Great staff and amenities. The breakfast and shuttle to the main plaza were appreciated .”

“Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.”

“Staff hard to reach, but amenities are excellent as listed..”

“My wife and I had a wonderful memory in this hotel. Because this hotel is designed very mordern and clean also heating and warm water system was so nice.”
