The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. “We very much enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the Avoca. We had the most fantastic view from our room overlooking the sea and Mourne mountains. The room was really nicely decorated, cosy and had a large comfy bed. Everything was very clean and well presented. All the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent - great choice and plentiful. Overall a real gem of a stay and we will definitely be back!”

“We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! “Apartment was spotless and very comfortable we would definitely recommend this accomodation and would stay again ourselves. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very responsive and also very helpful. The apartment was also equipped well and had lovely Ritual toiletries, fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Cosy and warm in the wintry weather. The location of the apartments is excellent, near to fabulous restaurants and bars and great for sightseeing. ”
