“Initially, we were given a cramped single-bed room instead of our reserved Superior Room (two queen beds). When I asked to double-check, they changed our room but didn't even bother to apologize. That staff member was terrible and left me with a bad first impression of Quebec. The location was a bit of a distance to the Old Town, but it was okay, and everything else was pretty fine overall.”

“The reception wasn’t friendly at all. ”

“Fantastic location (very walkable to all main attractions), great staff, comfy, clean, spacious rooms. The best shower (no water on bathroom floor :))... plush towels, and great smelling soap (Bergamot is a personal favourite). Great little coffee shops in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend a walking tour with the company just down the street.”
