We are very sorry you feel that way, but we had a two day period where two staff members were out sick which is very rare. The receptionist is in from 8 am to 4 pm and then the bartender is from 4 pm to 11 pm. We do have a nightwatchman that comes in at 10 pm

Hello Joseph … I am sorry you feel that way but those systems are put in place for a reason … to not be wasteful and consume precious electrical energy while no one is in the room. It takes less than 5 minutes for the room to cool down upon return. We are trying to do our part at the Flamingo to be more green and cut carbon emissions.

My apologies for the situation. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the Flamingo and Expedia, we should have had all of the inventory closed out.
