방 청결상태도 우수하고 시설도 좋은 편입니다. 저렴한 가격 대비 좋은 시설과 관리가 잘 된 청결한 숙소에서 묵게되어 좋았습니다. 위치는 아주 좋다고 볼 수 없지만 택시나 바이크를 타면 5분~10분 안에 모두 이동 가능합니다. 직원도 모두 친절하고 서비스에 만족하며 좋은 기억으로 남을 것 같습니다. 꼭 한번 이용해 보세요 추천합니다

체크인한날 먼지 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었다. 나 스스로 청소를 했다.내가 호텔에 숙박하온건지 청소하러 온건지..냉장고 콘센트도 5박동안 두번이나 뽑혀있었다. 전기세를 아끼자는건지??의심스러움. 그리고 침대시트를 교환을 안해준다. 직원에게 교환요청하니 원래 안해준다고 함..여기에는 1박이상 하는 것을 추천하지 않는다.

일단 주변호이안위치접근성은 좋습니다. 택시타도 기본요금이고 걸어다녀도 되고 그렇습니다. 저희가 묵는 숙소에 샴푸,린스,기본적인게 채워지지않았으며 채워달라고 해도 잘 못알아듣습니다. 영어소통이 쉽지가 않습니다. 그것빼고는 좋습니다.

흠잡을데가 별로 없는 숙소
호이안 호텔은 대형 호텔보다는 소규모 숙박시설 위주인 것 같았는데 고층 호텔의 편리함은 없지만 아늑하고 소박한 느낌의 호텔이었어요. 문 바로 앞이 수영장이 있어서 아무 때나 들어가서 수영할 수 있었던 것도 좋았구요. 방은 운치 있는 편이고 뒤뜰에 야외 욕조 설치돼 있어서 밤에 목욕하는 것도 나름의 재미가 있었어요. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만 정갈하게 나와서 먹을만 했어요. 위치는 호이안 관광거리랑은 도보로 15분 이상으로 좀 거리가 있어서 항상 그랩이나 초록택시 이용하면서 다녔어요(대략 기본 요금정도인 25000동 나왔음). 결과적으로 관광지와의 거리만 빼고는 대만족인 숙소

시내 근처 호텔 중 최고
시내에서 가깝지만, 호텔에서 바라볼 때 앞쪽이 논이여서 매우 한적하고 아름답습니다. 자전거 타고 올드타운 까지 매우 가깝습니다. (10분) 룸 컨디션이 굉장히 좋으며 조경이 매우 아름답습니다. 수영장이 정말 청결했고, 밤 수영 후 야외 테라스? 욕조에서 따뜻한 물에 반신욕을 했더니 힐링 된 기분이 들었습니다. 시내에서 하루 묵는다면 이 곳 추천합니다.

직원분들께서 처음 맞이해주는 것 부터 택시타고 공항으로 떠날때 배웅까지 정말 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 공항 가기 전, 샤워시설을 이용할 수 있어서 너무 편했으며 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있어 재미있게 휴식하며 쉬다왔어요. 호이안 올드타운과는 도보 15분정도로 약간 떨어져있지만 자전거를 무료로 대여해주기 때문에 자전거 타고 다녀도 되고, 걸어 가는데 크게 무리는 없습니다~~ 다음에 또 호이안에 놀러간다면 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

소규모 고급 펜션의 느낌이 들었어요ㅎㅎ 전 논뷰에 대해 말이 많아서 걱정했는데 나름의 운치도 있고 좋더라구요. 워낙 숙소가 좋아서요 ❤ 올드타운 걸어다닐만하고 조식도 좋고 일단 객실상태가 가장 좋았습니다. 계절이 좀 더 더웠으면 금상첨화였겠지만 우기여도 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요

호이안을 즐기기에 최적화 된 호텔
다낭 지역 여행과 함께 호이안 지역을 여유있게 둘러보고 싶으시다면 하룻밤 정도 묵으셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 다낭 공항에서도 차로 이동 했을 때 멀지 않않고, 올드 타운도 걸어서 20분 이내에 다닐 수 있어요. 전반적인 시설이나 서비스도 훌륭했고 특히나 직원분들 모두가 상냥하고 친절하셨습니다. 호이안 타운을 구경하는 데에 생각보다 시간이 많이 들지 않고, 비교적 밤 늦게까지 문 여는 곳이 많으니 아침에는 호텔에서 빌려주는 자전거를 타고 주변 한 바퀴 둘러보시는 것도 추천드립니다. 밤 11시에 체크인을 하게 됐는데 늦은 밤까지 짐을 옮겨주시는 분이 계셔서 엘리베이터가 없어도 힘들지 않았고, 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 무료로 맡아줘서 편하게 다닐 수 있었습니다. 그리고 주변에 음식점, 슈퍼마켓, 학교 등이 있어서 산책하면서 이 지역 사람들이 어떻게 사는지 잠깐이나마 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 조식은 전반적으로 서양식이라고 생각하시면 되고, 호텔 바로 옆에 허허벌판 비슷한 논이라 매우 조용한데 늦은 새벽쯔음에는 어디선가 닭 우는 소리가 좀 들립니다. 근데 그 전에 주무신다면 거슬릴 정도라고는 생각하지 않아요.

보통입니다. 가격대비 썩 좋진 않네요.
아이가 있어서 청결에 신경쓰는데 개미가 있어서 룸을 바꿨습니다. 룸이 다운그레이드 되었지만 직원들 대응은 친절했습니다. 하지만 바꾼 룸에도 아주 작은개미가 들어오더라구요..어쩔 수 없나 싶어 그냥 지냈습니다. 빌라라서 창틀같은 곳에 도마뱀 배설물도 좀 있었는데 그것도 그냥 그러려니 하고 지냈네요.... 아. 매일 새벽마다 밖에서 크게 방송하는게 있고 바로 옆 논에서 닭. 오리가 엄청 울어서 덕분에 일찍 기상을 했습니다. 늦잠 주무시는 분들은 방해가 될 수도 있겠네요.. 조식은 3일동안 거의 같았습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했고 수영장 상태도 좋았는데 청결도에서 좀 마이너스 되었습니다.

First of all, All the staffs are kind. The executive deluxe room, the rice field in front of the hotel, and the pull are awesome. You can walk to the Old Town from the hotel in 15 min and go to the An bang beach by bicycle in 30 min. I highly recommend !

정말 최고였어요 !
2층. 872 방에 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다. 야외 화장실도 신기했고 테라스에서 바라보는 수영장뷰가 너무 좋았던거 같아요. 직원들은 항상 친절했고 20분 무료 발 마사지가 포함되어 있었습니다. 예약한 시간에 맞게 룸에서 받아 볼 수 있고 수영장도 넘나 조아요. 끝으로가면 발이 안 닿는다는.. 구석에는 휘트니스 클럽도 있어요! 기구도 깨끗하고 조식으로 나오는 프라이 에그밥 진짜 맛있어요 호텔 앞 건너편 tony 라는 쌀국수 집이 있는데 현지쌀국수 집입니다. 2틀 머무루는 동안 내내 갔었는데 너무 맛있습니다. 아주머니가 영어를 못하시니 바디랭귀지하면 알아들으세요..!! 저희가 한국인이라 많이 받으신거 같은데 둘이해서 8만동에 정말 맛있는 쌀국수를 먹었으니 꼭 가보세요! 아주미 너무 맘에 들었어요!

Nice Hotel
This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay.

O hotel era excelente! Bonito, confortável, a cama era enorme. A única coisa que deveriam melhorar é que os quartos estão cheios de humidade e cheiram a mofo, provavelmente devido à proximidade do mar. Foi difícil habituarmo-nos ao cheiro do quarto. The property was very quiet which was nice and what we were looking for. The room was clean and tidy. The outdoor shower was interesting and a nice experience. There was a small problem with towels but this was resolved. The staff were helpful and available.

コンパクトですが、それぞれの部屋が独立しており、広くて快適です。 プールも部屋の前にあり、思いたったらすぐに利用できるのもよかった。 飲み物、食べ物の買い物は、不便かと思いましたが、ちょっと歩けば沢山の店がありました。

Nice hotel, Rooms need attention
Hotel stay was very good, pool was nice, breakfast was okay rooms were impressive but looking closer the walls were peppered with what looked like dead insect guts on the walls in a lot and i mean a lot of places. Someone just needs to wipe these off as it does not make the hotel look good. The fancy toilet didn't do any fancy features as they were broken but at least they flushed! Our room had the outdoor bathroom which was really nice. The main annoying feature was the air conditioning not staying on or having a spare key so humidity and time to cool took ages in the room. Staff were nice.

We wl stay in this hotel next time
Overall the hotel is good, not faraway from the old town just 20 mins by walk, the hotel staffs are very nice and professional.....BF not many choices, but fine for us...the hotel provide bicycle for foc, but a little bit old, hopefully can be improved for next stay.

Noisy. Disappointing. Came a long way to stay here
This is a really nice hotel and has all the perfect ingredients to be brilliant. I wasn't pleased with my stay here however. Saw the reviews about this being a quiet and peaceful hotel. I wish I could say this was the case for my stay but it wasn’t. We came over the Vietnamese national holiday, and some local tourists were staying in the hotel. I don’t know who they were, but the staff seemed scared to ask them to be quiet. During the day the parents and children screamed and splashed in the pool, getting the sunbathing guests wet as they rested by the pool. I get that kids will be kids, but a kind word from the staff with a smile could have easily sorted this out. Every kept getting splashed. Even the local parents were yelling. Later these parents were singing songs and played guitar until 23:00 at night. Despite us asking the staff to kindly ask them to be quiet, nothing was done. This is a small hotel, with the villas facing the pool, so all major noise from that area is heard in the bedrooms (which doesn't bode well if you want to be woken up in the morning by noise from the pool) - I guess your experience really does depend on who your fellow guests are. For us, we were very unlucky.

Great hotel. Staff brilliant. Good location. Just far enough away from the craziness. They have free bikes to use so it’s I five minute ride in to the centre. Rooms lovely with very comfortable beds. All at a great price.

Pyörien ilmainen vuokraus oli tosi hyvä, mutta pyörien kunto ei ollut kehuttava. Huoneiden siisteys ei ollut myöskään kehuttavaa. Päivittäinen siivous oli nopea ja pintapuolinen. Perusteellista pölyjen poistoa ei ollut suoritettu ikuisuuksiin. Gekkoihin sai törmätä myös huoneessa(ne eivät häirinneet). Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja auttavaista, aamupala oli hyvä.

Just loved this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are treated well. Rooms are modern and spotless. Our room was next to the pool which was great. Breakfast was really good with both asian and western choices.

A pearl of a hotel in Hanoi.
The Hanoi Pearl was perfect for a quick visit to Hanoi. Great central location, nice rooms, wonderful service & complete breakfast. We took advantage of the spa which was nice, and the rooftop deck was the perfect spot for a beer at the end of a busy day exploring Hanoi. Also, the staff was very helpful with great information about the city.
