Dear Madam, We’re happy when you was satisfied with our staff, cleanliness and new facilities. We highly appreciate your suggestions. Firstly, to trade in currency exchange services we must be licensed by the government. We don’t aim for profit from this, so we strictly adhere to government requirements. However, if our guests need, we’ll try to assist them in many ways if possible. We regret that we couldn’t support you. Secondly, AnBang’s a small village so there’re not many convenience stores, but you can easily find some near the main beach. You also can buy drink in 2 small shops next to us or at our restaurant. In guest room, we always prepare two bottles of water for free and replenished daily. This location’s growing. Luckily, it still retains its rustic simplicity. Especially it’s extremely safe. You cannot find busy streets but it’s totally suitable for those who love peaceful and quiet place. Thirdly, Vietnam’s a tropical country with hot and humid climate. You stayed with us in June when we’re afraid that nobody can avoid the heat. However, this’s a great time to enjoy our beautiful beach and get tan. We’re surrounded by sea and trees so we cannot stay away from some typical tropical insects like cockroach. We’re sorry that we’ve not been able to solve this problem 100% because we don’t want to apply strong chemicals which will be harmful. Our solution is cleaning daily and trying to keep the cleanliness everywhere. Finally, as at other hotels that use card key, our guests are always willing to take out their cards when they’re out. They think turning on the electricity when no one in the room is wasting energy. We highly appreciate their goodwill. They’ve helped us save energy, which is also a way of protecting the environment.
