"Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space "

There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel."

The condition of the room was not great, as we soon discovered the lightning did not work properly and the kettle in the room was dysfunctional (reported) The bathroom was clearly in need of renovation as the flooring which was used to cover the sides of the bathtub was peeling away.
