“My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good.”

“I enjoyed the four outdoor pools which included the adults only pool near the hot tub which was also near a tanning area that included water to cool off your feet, the main pool (family friendly) and the infinity pool. Although the room was smaller, it was nice and the bathroom was decently sized with a full size mirror. “Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough.
