“A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. “Stunning hotel, the ambience and smell that greets you is gorgeous. Reception staff are excellent, food drink is amazing. The beds are the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in, like sleeping on a cloud. The only slight problem which is not in the hotels control is the noisy street and trams going all night. Other than that a perfect stay! ”

"I stayed here for 2 nights. On the first day suddenly fire alarm rang twice in the midnight. Everyone on my floor came out and called concierge but they didn’t answer the phone. One of us went down to concierge to check if it’s real emergency or not. It was just a accident by electric system problem but if someone wouldn’t have gone to check we didn’t even know what’s going on. The room is quite spacious but very old."
