She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. One night it took nearly two hours for someone to be available to bring me ice. The restaurant next door suffered through similar staffing...

“While not the best place we’ve stayed in, it certainly was not the worst. Some updates have been made to the room we were assigned and the bed comfortable, some maintenance is needed to complete the updating. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.”
