“I was double charged for my room. I queried this with reception and they insisted that I would be refunded but that never happened. I contacted Experia with whom I had made the reservation and they said the hotel are refusing the refund and could do nothing. I will not use Experia or Hotel HR again.”

“excelente”

“very nice ! except the far distance from the city center”
