"My unit was big and spacious. It was well maintained. I had a washer dryer. I went for the king size deluxe, and it had a pool view. The location was perfect. It was close to everything!"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has always been a nice experience but I was disappointed with this last stay. The condition of the rooms is old and they have not updated the rooms for wear and tear so the run down condition is evident. Upon checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see they had a check-in kiosk. Unfortunately that was the extent of the updates because the room I was assigned had old furniture, old carpet in the bedrooms and the steps to the tub in the master bathroom were gross. I requested to be assigned a new room with better conditions and the next room I was assigned was better but you can still see the age of the property. The cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom were worn out and the carpet in the bedrooms was worn and stained. The pots and pans had worn surfaces so the food sticks to them making them very hard to wash. The are so many nice resorts in the area that if you are deciding between this property and others I would rule this one out at least until they make some updates. I hate to leave bad reviews but when you spend so much money for a hotel room you want to have a nice experience."

"Everything was wonderful! I would definitely come back and stay again but the AC in our room didn’t work very well which made it hard for me to sleep. There is a fan in the living room over the pullout bed but no fan in the bedroom. So I ended up on the pullout every night. It was almost 80 in our room the entire time. The service, their pool, the restaurant were amazing!! "

"This place is horrible staff is horrible, security is horrible, property is old n dirty, bathroom leaks heavy, neighbors played loud music all day security said they couldn't do anything. The a/c was loud we couldn't here the tv. This place is ghetto. The shower curtain came from Walmart not traditional curve curtain like most hotels. Icing on cake was Christopher Cruz manager said there was nothing he could do because I paid through Expedia."

"Hotel itself is very nice and so are staff. Refrigerator did not get cold and TV had really bad signal and I could not get clear picture on any channels."

"The pool and bar were excellent. The one bathroom fixture to turn off and on water didn’t work. We reported it but it was never fixed while we were there. The elevator also needed some attention. Very scary. Don’t know if we’d come back to this one again. "
