"Room was clean but small. Bed was very comfortable. Checkin and staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed more tea bags which staff gave us straight away. We sat and had toasted sandwich in the evening and a few drinks in the bar, all good. Plenty of parking and no noise from the main road. I put into the notes when booking asking if they did any decorations of the room for birthdays - expecting to of course pay any extra but didn’t hear anything back, however once we arrived we were told that they had upgraded our room to a deluxe queen room!
