"All in all, we had a great stay! the location of the property is perfect and the beach was so nice. The staff was very kind and helpful (contrary to their sister property next door)! We especially loved the lady who does breakfast and coffee in the morning by the front desk, she definitely put a smile on everyone's face! We tried 3 of the restaurants onsite (RumFish Grill, the pizzeria at the other property and Gulfside Kitchen) and the food and service were really good too! The hotel itself needs a little love, it is not in the best shape, but it was ok. The pools were nice, except the one in the kids area with the pirate ship; it was pretty "cloudy" so we did not get in! Our room was comfortable and we liked the configuration, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens since we had a lot of space and separated areas. It would be nice if there was added security or supervision on site so rules were respected. There was ALOT of people smoking weed and cigarette around the pool and public areas, which was annoying."
