“Arrived late but plenty of parking, friendly welcome from reception and quick check-in. Room was perfect for a single person for one night. I didn't have time for food but the vegan menu was extensive!”
“Lovely hotel in a convenient location for the greatest gathering in Derby. Great room, amazing size and powerful shower. Breakfast was great with soo much choice. Restaurant however was very expensive ie £30 steak. We would however happily return in the future.”
“Check-in was friendly and helpful and accommodating, the lobby area was spacious and open, my bedroom was large/spacious/clean. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and facilities.
(NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!)
There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room.
The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work...
“Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this.
The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. This would have been handy for our shower as you had to put the shower gel on the floor. Coffee, not used to making this with...
