Greenwich Village, New York hotel rooms at the Preferred

"The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "

"Staff was very nice. Room service kept me stocked with towels and rags. The room overall was OK. It was clean, but it was not up-to-date so it still has that old look but it was OK for something last minute. There’sBut Everyone across the street pricing is ridiculous though."

"The staff was wonderful. Warm chocolate chip cookies. The layout of the lobby needs to be improved. Too cramped. The room was smaller that I can describe and it was ours for 4 night. The view was nice and the location was great. "
