“The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ryokan. Our room (toki) was beautiful with every creature comfort we could ask for. It is minutes away from the main bus stop and has plenty of food options. The Happo one slopes are not too far away, but would recommend having a car to get around if you want to try other slopes ”

“Wonderful hotel, service, location, everything!”

“My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would...

“Excellent service Staff happy to help with all requests”

“All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. They always smiled and gave us a lot of information. Their Japanese breakfast was good. They kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out, so we could enjoy ski all the days. There are free ski lockers. In 5th floor, there a onsen(hot spring) bath. It has a outside bathtub. They took us(including ski) to the bus terminal by their car. ”

“I had an wonderful 2 nights stay at Hotel Goryukan. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I cant recall the names of the staff, but I would like to thank the two staff on duty in the afternoon of 4 October 2026. They helped me to fill out the luggage delivery service card to my next hotel. There are breakfast available, but I unfortunately didnt had the chance to eat them as I was left the hotel early both days to hike. The room are clean, big and has a nice view. There is...

“La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars ”

Great value and price range for what you get staying at this lodge, when compared to other accomodation options. Taking the bus to near by resorts? Another reason to book here! Their is two bus stops near by that offer a free shuttle bus service to near by resorts, such as Goryu and Iwatake resort. The owner of the lodge is Amazing...
