"The room was lovely, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my only note is if arriving before check-in, they share a “lobby” restroom with the restaurant next door. It’s accessible via the hotel elevator but not an ideal spot to freshen up after a flight. We slept amazing, street noise was minimal with the windows shut and having a small balcony was such a cool surprise. Would absolutely stay here again! So close to Times Square but definitely a quieter street compared to others nearby. "

"We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We had easy access to wherever we needed to go, whether it was via subway, Uber, or walking. We chose this hotel b/c we arrived in NYC on a train and it’s a quick walk from Penn Station. I would feel comfortable booking it again on a future trip."
