“We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. The price for the jeep excursion is overpriced. The food is also very overpriced for the product you are receiving. The breakfast is “included” but the coffee machine offered is not very functional...

“I am very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room. The bed linens were extremely dirty, the towels were unclean, the water heater was broken, and there were ants everywhere. This was unacceptable and greatly affected my stay.”

“Endroit super mais trop de mouche en journée. Impossible d apprecier la terrasse avant le coucher du soleil”

“Comfortable glamping with great view. Clean and comfortable. ”

“Rooms very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and attentive.”

“Very comfortable property with a great view of sunrise by Rinjani. Food and drink option was great. The firepit was a great way to keep warm during the cool night but could be made safer and more environmentally friendly.”

“Kamar bersih. Excellent view ”
