Excellence Playa Mujeres - Adults Only All Inclusive

"First of, I would like to say this resort is perfect if you want to relax and unwind. Services are amazing. Everything is here already, nice beach location, complete activities, and great food. I would like to give all the resort staff 5 stars, especially Front desk: Javier - He is wonderful, patient and charming. He has amazing customer service skills. Made me feel very welcome. Excellence club concierge/staff: Gustavo - Amazing amazing service all around. Made me special nachos even though i came in late, still gave me great service. Edgar - Very friendly and always welcoming. Made me coconut with fruits, so good. Gosue - Very welcoming and helpful. Amazing service too. He takes good care of me when im at the beach. Angel - Always smiling and accommodating. Great service. Jade from the lobster house - Very friendly and remembers my name which i appreciate. Frank and Griselda at Magna - Amazing service, very attentive and helpful. I appreciate all the staff, I may not know everyone's name but they all did amazing. Thank you all for doing such a good job making the guest feel welcome and relaxed. I will recommend this place 100%."

"We just wrapped up a fantastic 5-day stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun, out in the Isla Mujeres continental zone just north of Cancun, and it was among onr of the best resort experiences I've had. We've traveled a lot and seen all kinds of all-inclusives in different countries, and the standards vary a lot. This place sets the bar. The resort is beautiful. Our room was super clean, spacious and very modern. The food was fresh, delicious and there was a great variety, desserts included. The service was excellent from start to finish. We also checked out Garza Blanca next door, which is part of the same group, and it was just as impressive. Two for two. Zamá was fantastic. Big shout out to Angel and the chef at Davino for a great Italian dinner. We got great help throughout the stay from Lena, Gwendoline, Edna and Isabel. Raul and Jorge at Bite Bar took great care of us too. What impressed me most was housekeeping. They were on point the whole time. They came through for cleanup constantly, did turndown service, and were always tuned in to what we needed. We never had to ask for anything. One tip: book the snorkeling trip out to the reef marine park. It's absolutely worth it, especially if you're in this part of the world. We were really, really happy here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Try to see if Expedia can get you a deal where your flights are free"

"From the moment we arrived Liliana concierge was absolutely amazing as well as all the staff around the hotel! She paid attention to detail and made our stay the best! From arranging our transportation from the airport to the ferry round trip , our restaurant reservations which she made extra special for my daughter’s birthday, to our golf cart rental and spa recommendations. I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter for a girls birthday trip and she made it memorable and made us feel safe and like family. Gracias Liliana por todo❣️🙏 All the staff were absolutely wonderful as well! Thank you William for making our dinners special, Roberto at the Cevicheria, Nancy making breakfast yummy, Enoc bringing us drinks at the beach, Felix making our water aerobics and pool parties fun and DJ Kimberly for keeping us dancing 💃 and the fun activities for the kids. Victor in the lobby always greeting us and making sure everything was ok. Laura in the spa was great. This is my second time coming here and never disappoints! Forgot to mention the beautiful beach, delicious food and location! Perfect for families and couples can’t wait to come back! Thank you Mia Reef you have the greatest hospitality and staff."
