Es un motel y es una porquería no te lo recomiendo
Lo primero es que es un motel, luego te cobran por pagar con tarjeta, las fotos no corresponden a la publicación, mal servicio, no me mandaron la factura, abandone la estancia al día siguiente (lo preferí) jamás imaginé que @hoteles.com ofreciera estos locales que son motel.

The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my return visit to Ixtapaluca.

Solo para unas horas
No se veía ningún canal en la tv. El cerrojo del cuarto muy inseguro, las toallas y las fundas de las almohadas se veían sucias. Muy ruidoso.

El precio de las habitaciones es alto en relación a lo que ofrece. No hay un closet, las toallas son viejas, la ropa de cama de baja gama, la cama un poco dura.

Realmente estuvimos muy contentos, el único inconveniente es que solo funcionaba un elevador. Los alimentos sencillos pero con buen sabor y sin causarnos problema de salud, es decir, limpios; el Wifi con buena calidad de recepción. El anuncio del Hotel no tenía luz por lo que nos costo un poco de trabajo llegar, pero la recepcionista nos oriento muy bien.

No respetaron la reservación
Según los administrativos del hotel expidió no mando la reserva.Me proporcionan otras habitaciónes de menor categoría y responsabilizaron a la compañía expidió y al sistema informático. El agua del inhodoro no es suficiente para desalojar la regadera en mal estado nulo mantenimiento

Fue casi una experiencia religiosa.
Toda una experiencia religiosa... 1.- A pesar de haber reservado por internet, no me respetaron la reservación; lo bueno es de que alguien canceló en ese momento y pór ello pude tener habitación. 2.- Increible que en el cuarto solo tengan un contacto disponible en el baño para conectar celular, computadora, etc etc.. Tuve que ir a comprar una extensión ya que no tenian puesto que las disponibles ya las habian prestado a otros cuartos. 3.- ME comí una barrita energetica y por los sobrantes que se cayeron al ´piso salieron un monton de hormigas de un agujero en la pared y no te proporcionan insecticida. 4.- NO me dieron factura por no proporcionar los datos fiscales en forma inmediata y el día siguiente que los consegui, ya no me quisieron facturar por ser un día posterior al pago. 5.- Soilicité servicio de despertador y nunca me hablaron. 6.- Al solicitar hielos para un vaso de agua, me ofrecieron una bolsa de hielos en venta. .

Hotel staff are not nice, even security garra has a terrible attitude. They seemed to have lost my reservation and where nos willing to honor it until I called expedía and have them talk to them I guess they threatened the hotel with something, so they "found" my reservation at that moment...

Worst part about it was the ruddiness of the staff
Front desk, restaurant and security staff would secure to the rudest of miners to let you know of things needed to know. They also did not recognize my reservation when arriving to the hotel, had to go through a 40 minute call with expedía to get them to validate it for me.

Lost our reservations we had to call expedia so they could honor our reservations. Location of hotel is in a dark place. The lock on the sliding door broken. The window in the bathroom broken. Bed hard as a rock. We had a bad experience would not recommend ñ
