"The room we had was clean, size was exactly as expected for a hotel in the central part of a large city. It was known due to its central location it would be a little noisy at night, but it was manageable and we both managed to sleep soundly all nights of our stay. The location was excellent for all things getting around. "

"We appreciated the amenities in the guest lounge. The breakfast buffet was much appreciated for its variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more laundry machines. "

"The hotel is superb la!!! 1. Parking very convenient next door 2. Location 100/100 to be next to Kyoto Tower, rented our Kimono there and walkable to beautiful temple and places! 3. The onsen is good too, I particularly like the one with ice neck rest, 10-20mins only. 4. BREAKFAST is the highest standard for Japanese breakfast! Has Sashimi and all options! 5. Evening supper 9-11pm Ramen is good too, hearty Not so good part: abit tooooo crowded and packed and touristy, and the shoe area can stink quite abit tbh.. "

"Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Location, staff, lobby, amenities, room size and comfort, cleanliness and quiet. The only thing that could be improved on would be the addition of a recycle bin in the room. We tried our best to keep items separated though! Also the walls could use a little touch up - previous guests seem to not be very careful when using the kettle (running the spout along the wall) and sliding or banging suitcases against the walls. Little picky things! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again. It was fabulous!"
