"Everything was wonderful, the rooftop bar is really something to experience. Staff could not have been nicer. Property is beautiful, the room was great. Only Cons: — We must have accidentally booked a mobility accessible room and it did not have a tub. The issue was that the design of the shower made water leak out halfway through the bathroom floor. So we had to put towels down to create a barrier. —The rooms come within an espresso machine, instead of a regular coffee maker, but there’s no instructions on how to use it so I had to look up a YouTube video. Espresso is fancy, but I think most people would prefer a normal cup of coffee. —My husband was charged $5 for a Coke at the restaurant and then another $5 when it was refilled. So that was a bit meh. But otherwise was just a phenomenal location and the price was great! Walking distance to Old Ebbitt Grill and Hamilton. You can walk in heels to both those locations. Hotel is close to so so much if you are sightseeing! Also, if you do the Old Town Trolley tour, one of the stops is right around the corner from the hotel. And the old fashioned cars tours also pick up right there by the front of the hotel. It’s really a perfect place if you are a tourist!"

"The room was very clean and spacious. Nice touch with welcome gift bag with snacks. Signage to the Lennox from 29th street was non existent and only a temporary sign seen from 30th street. The check-in link sent via email kept getting error messages. Link was dubious as it asked for banking details but was not a locked secure site. On arrival asked for bank details and guests asked to fill out paper document. Clerk stated paper would be shredded after room was checked for any damage etc. Archaic vs other hotels of similar standards."

"Loved the mid century modern aesthetic. A nice cozy stay in the city. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Water stations on your floor were an awesome convenience. I’d love to check out their vinyl collection, to borrow in room, next time. Food was delicious with easy in room dinning. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. It was a quick overnight stay for an event but would definitely go back for a longer stay and experience all the amenities."

"Everything was great. My only suggestion is that - sadly the pastry nook is closed. There isnt an option for a coffee bar complimentary. I had to get coffee from the restaurant for my partner when he was sick- I bought two coffees so he would not have to make a trip and it was over $20 for a couple of coffees (I got one). I was like - this is kinda silly. And parking valet is the only option if not on the street parking and that is $65 a night. So it was wonderful but - it would be great if those little things were complimentary. The food was good at the restaurant. Not great but good. The best thing besides the view from our room - was the staff is very good. Everyone is VERY good. Maybe I could say - they are great. The lady who checked us in - the cleaning team- anyone I asked for anything - the doormen (doorpeople) - the people in the restaurant and bars. Very good staff. The hotel is a little "dated" but I hope it stays kinda retro because it is a historic hotel. I just hope they somehow do something even if they have to add $20 a night to the rooms - to have the valet parking be free and give the visitors a free coffee barn downstairs. My room only had one coffee cup and no milk so making coffee in the room did not work."
