“The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. The food was just okay and the classic dishes at the ala carte restaurants are...

“We just left, and I already miss this place. Everyone is so nice here. Stuff are so considerate and ready to help with anything that we needed. Our favorite thing is that they have dogs/ cats at the property, as animal lovers we created a bond with them. We hope to be back soon 🙏❤️😎”

“I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant.”

“Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.”
