"Beautiful 500 year old building with very thick walls (1 m thick stone walls). Really medieval vibe. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel restaurant is very good. Their goulash is a must try. Absolutely perfect location at the foot of Charles Bridge. 1 excellent Crepe shop with entrance from one of the hotel buildings (hotel has 2 buildings). 2 more Crepe shops within 3 min walking. A very convenient grocery shop 2 min away. Within 10-15 min walking of excellent Bohemian Crystal gift shops, Astronomical Clocks Tower, exceptional cafes, etc. I recommend Arctic Bakery which is 15 min away. Their bread (any type) and hazelnut croissant is exceptional. Lots of churches around offer live evening concerts."

"Really helpful staff at reception. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and nice areas to sit downstairs. Room warm and well presented. Great shower with lovely hot water and toiletries all provided. Comfortable bed and coffee machine (not kettle) and fridge available. No complaints at all. Good location for seeing castle and Petrin park area. Transport links to airport really easy. Can walk to Charles Bridge and into the other side of the river. Good restaurants everywhere with cheap meals- great local dishes and plenty of beer. This hotel was fantastic value for money- cost us £30 per night each!!!"

"We got a room upgrad in this hotel that was absolutely lovely and beautiful and well thought out in every way! The staff was helpful. and went over and above. The Hotel was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Perfect location as well and the concierge was stupendous!"
