“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “Noisy in the morning. Was awakened by other guests at 330 in the morning to very very loud music!”

“The facility was in great condition. Pools were ideal for both adults and our grandchildren. A good choice of eating locations plus super friendly and efficient staff.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty. ”

“The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. ”

“Beautiful hotel, amazing rooftop amenities (jacuzzis and individual pools). Perfect walking distance to everything. ”

“Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”
