"It’s an older property, but has a robust business.
While decor is a bit dated, the place is run well and situated with easy walks to all kinds of mass transit. Our best meal in San Fran was at a walkable vegan place.
We appreciated the locked, self-park garage (without the forced valet that some hotels have). The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and bright. While I could not roll my yoga mat out in the room, the gym had plenty of room to do so.
Only con: The hotel restaurant’s menu had no vegan options (except french fries); there are plenty of places in San Fran that do.
Overall, a good fit for our needs.

"Superb wonderful there is no words to describe the affinity I have for the staff and this Hyatt to be specific. All needs met and surpassed. Ty for allowing me to stay in your wonderful establish ment. ✌️❤️🤙"
"Many great food choices within 1-2 blocks. Trolley @ Hop On Hop Off buses 1/2 block away. 3 blocks from BART. Location could not have been better.Although rooms lack microwave, staff let me use their staff kitchen!"
"The hotel room does not have air conditioning. I didn’t mind since opening the window was enough to cool down the room. So I’m still giving it five star. Location is the best part, very convenient, and on the cable car route."
